Guide to Funding Sources
Welcome to enVision.ca’s guide to funding sources. You’ll find links to funding sources from provincial and federal government departments, as well as foundations and private sector funding agencies. New links are being added all the time, so check back often!
Provincial Government
Contains links to many funding programs from the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador. Examples include the Community Museum Grant Program, the Early Childhood Development Initiative, and the Strategic Literacy Plan.
Foundations and other grant making agencies
Contains links to Foundations that fund non-profit agencies and research projects. Examples include the Canadian Women’s Foundation, the Canadian Race Relations Foundation, and the Heritage Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Private
Sector Foundations and Companies
Contains links to private sector organizations that fund or partner with community organizations on a long term or project basis. Examples include Clarica, Imperial Oil and Microsoft Canada.
Federal
Government
Contains links to funding programs from federal government departments and agencies such as the Canada Council for the Arts, Canadian Heritage and Environment Canada.
